On behalf of the Management, Staff, and Students of Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies (CAILS), Ilorin,

I, with immense pride and heartfelt joy, extend warmest congratulations to His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Executive Governor of Kwara State on his appointment as the "Sardauna of Ilorin" by His Eminence Mai Martaba, Alh. (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, the Emir of Ilorin.

This appointment is a testimony of His Excellency's charismatic leadership role at the State and the national level as the Chairman Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF). The honour is also a testimony to the governor's love for promoting Ilorin's culture, as manifests in his contributions, towards the progress of CAILS particularly, an institution birthed by Ilorin's love for Islamic culture and its promotion, and as he is equally doing to elevate tertiary education in Kwara State in general.

As you add another feather to your cap sir, as Sardauna of Ilorin, may your reign be fruitful and of great blessing to the Ilorin Emirate, Kwara State, and Nigeria at large.
